Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• To develop sales and distribution network & developing Market Area.
• Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
• Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
• To achieve sales targets on a monthly / quarterly / annually basis.
• Responsible for the Regions forecasting and sales tracking.
• Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
• Ensure attainment of company goals and profitability. Prepare proposals and quotations.
• Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
• Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 experience in sales.
• Need a person who can handle the Area Independently
• Generating reports related to Daily/ weekly/monthly plans and achievements,
• Establishing and maintaining good rapport with Distributors & Dealers. Negotiation and demonstration skills.
• Canididate from following industries are preferred- Fire safety/Cutting tools/Bearings/Fasteners
