Candidate Must have experience on healthcare Hiring
Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the
US.
Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job
specifications.
Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfilling
them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned
client requirements in a timely manner.
Responsible for mentoring teams too in accordance with individual recruitment.
