Job Description

Domain:Industry 4.0 & IIoTSkill set:C, Embedded C, Linux programming (kernel/user space), DevOps, (C++, Python will be an added advantage)Experience:3 to 5 yearsJob location:CoimbatoreRequired no. of candidates:5 to 7Onboarding period:Within 2 months

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification BE/BTech [Computer Science or Electronics & Communication Engineering]
• Hands-on programming experience in C & Embedded C preferably on Embedded Linux environments
• Good understanding of Linux OS concepts, Linux kernel internals, Bootloader, Networking concepts, etc.
• Good understanding of SPI, I2C, UART, PCI Express and Ethernet
• Exposure to DevOps integrated work-flow
• Experience in tools like Git, Gerrit and Jira
• Experience in executing projects in an Agile/Waterfall model

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, read and understand product/requirements/design/test specification and standards
• Implement software as per specifications and conduct unit tests
• Perform integration and acceptance tests
• Develop software in continuous integration mode leveraging state of the art DevOps tools
• Adhere to organization/project process standards and guidelines
• Handle customer interactions
• Showcase ability to play different Agile roles and manage small teams
• Contribute to improving quality, accelerating development and deployment process improvement and tools improvement
• Be versatile in learning the technical and soft skills required to face new challenges in IoT & Industry 4.0 projects
