Job Skill set- 3-6 years minimum experience in Adobe Campaign/Marketo/Eloqua or equivalent system with at least 3 years in the area of campaign operations.
- Demonstrable experience in planning and execution of pan-EMEA email marketing campaigns in a consumer/e-commerce environment
- Ability to manage large projects involving multiple stakeholders and support teams
- Familiar with working in large matrix-based organizations
- Excellent analytical skills for data-led decision making
- Ability to adapt to change and willingness to be involved in projects outside of core role
- Previous use of Tableau and Workfront software would be advantageous
- Working experience on technical marketing and a knack of Marketing thought process
- Exposure to Tech Marketing/Marketing automation/ Growth marketing will be a big plus
Job Description- Understanding and translating the market drivers and business priorities will inform your strategy
- Develop and deliver high quality, robust, complex features with complete ownership
- Work collaboratively with a global team of engineers in an Agile development environment
- Building, managing & monitoring campaigns for B2C segment to generate reviews across multiple channels including email, notifications, Banners
- Develop content either by repurposing existing creatives to fit the program aims or commissioning new assets
- Refine messaging and subject lines that engage and speak to the target audience
- Develop and QA behavior programs across Adobe's DMe Product line to drive revenue & customer retention
- Grow and manage the skills and talent in the organization. Manage People Resource processes related to objectives definitions, regular check-in, assessment and compensation
- Partner with Campaign marketing team to develop and design complex tech marketing programs.
- Help the organization scale and grow with the business
- Ability to deliver on single send batch emails aimed at acquisition and retention of customers.
