What you will be doing
The individual will be responsible for designing and building new technology solutions for the Identity Management service which includes new functionality, software fixes, automation, and business application integrations.
As part of Identity & Access Management team, the individual will contribute to the definition and implementation of the next generation of Identity & Access Management tools and Policies.
Work with architects and development teams to design and implement innovative solutions to complicated identity management problems including but not limited to Role Based Access Control, Attribute Access Control, Segregation of Duties, Identity Analytics, Predictive provisioning, etc.
Identify new technologies and solutions to accomplish to-be functionality required for the next generation of Identity & Access management
Evaluate leading technology inside and outside the Identity and Access Management space which can simplify, reduce cost, reduce risk, enhance end user experience, etc.
Provide inputs to the current Identity & Access management risk assessment and identify potential gaps in the existing solutions
Suggest innovative approaches to mitigate existing risks in the Identity & Access management space
Define use cases related to the consumption of Identity & Access management services
Define and operationalize IT Risk & Security strategy & policies for Identity & Access Management
Strong team player -collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
Communicates in a clear manner and effectively evaluates information/ data to make decisions
Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise
Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives
Makes data driven decision to resolve business problems
What you bring:
Experience with Identity & Access Management technologies (SailPoint IdentityiQ )
Experience with reading/writing code in an object-oriented programming language Java, C#, Python, etc.)
Experience with web services USON, SOAP, XML, etc.)
Proficient in writing SQL and PL/SQL as well as understanding of relational databases
Understanding of available AWS services and how they can be leveraged across Identity & Access Management
Experience in Security or Compliance and working in IT audit or compliance
Strong planning & project management skills
A bachelors degree with minimum of 2 years of working experience in SailPoint IdentityiQ and/or related IDM platforms
