Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement the entire equipment process through the conceptual, Development, manufacturing, and installation phases.
Develop manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable standards.
Interface with outside vendors for component selection, manufacturing, and assembly.
Duties include: basic engineering, component details for manufacture, assembly and/or arrangement drawings, proposal engineering, creation of concepts, Developments, layouts and pricing as well as verifying basic and detailed engineering for capacities and dimensional accuracy.
Analysis of mechanical systems:
Power requirements (mechanical)
Bearing loading and life calculations
Time study (machine cycle time)
Working closely with customers and vendors.
