Solving problems for customers Raspberry PI or Udoo board based iot devices
As a hands-on customer advocate and inborn relationship builder, the engineer will provide excellent support to customers and delight them by resolving issues efficiently in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate documentation of customer inquiries, requests, and resolutions.Providing customers support via desktop solutions, chat functions, emails, and calls.
Providing customers with step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems.
Following up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback.
Education/Experience
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in computer engineering or computer science.
Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role.
Analytical thinking with good problem-solving abilities.
Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software.
Experience designing embedded systems, interfacing raspberry pi/arduino/udoo based systems with variety of sensors, bringing up such boards, bring up their software
Ability to see potential problems in a system setup.
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail.
