Greetings of the day!

We are Hiring for Operational research & data scientist

preferred: Notice period below 1 month

Required Skills:

MS or Ph.D. degree in operations research, mathematics, statistics, data sciences, engineering, or similar technical field with relevant course work in probability, statistics, and optimization

Building frameworks for Optimization to capture constraints, objective functions etc. relevant to the business problem

Design and development of various decision support models utilizing optimization techniques (LP, MIP, Dynamic Programming, Meta-heuristics) and predictive analytics ( Reinforcement learning)

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in mathematical programming, including non-linear/ mixed-integer programming (using one of the software: Xpress-Mosel, CPLEX, Gurobi, SAS OR, MATLAB or other solvers (such as AMPL, OPL, GLPK))

Ability to think through and build frameworks (constraints, objective, etc.) for optimization of business problems is a must

Good programming skills in Java, C/ C++, R, Python, XML or SQL are desirable

Exposure to statistical techniques like linear/logistic, multinomial logistic, decision trees, gradient boosting, time series

Experience with configuring and deploying optimization solutions on GCP is a plus

Prior experience with vehicle routing optimization problems is a plus

Education/Experience

Exp: 3 + years
