Job Description

IRIS Software is and IT software services organization having headquarter in New Jersey and other branches in New York, Chicago & Connecticut. We have two branches in Canada Toronto. We have three offshore development centers in Noida. It is an MNC and level 5 organization. The client base that IRIS has all are international clients based out in US, UK and Canada. IRIS is specialized in finance domain.
Role Java Developer

Experience:4-9Yrs

Notice Period 30 Days (Maximum)

Shift Timings 12 PM to 9 PM
Primary Skills:

• Hands-on individual responsible for producing excellent quality of code, adhering to expected coding standards and industry best practices.
• Must have strong experience in Core Java (Collections, OOPS, Exception Handling, Design Patterns).
• Should possess strong experience in Multithreading.
• Should possess strong experience in Spring Boot/Microservices.
• Should possess experience in Hibernate, Rest API, Caching Frameworks, Memory Management.
• Should possess experience in Database.
• Problem solving/ Trouble shooting skills.

Personal Attributes:

• Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions.
• Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal).
• Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.
