Job Description
Responsibilities
- Making collection calls to the customers, emailing/faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests.
- Identify and resolve unidentified cash and handle end to end process of Cash applications.
- Process cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites ensuring the DRR (Daily Receipt Reconciliation) is completed in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.
- Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution.
- Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BA)
- Freshers are eligible
- Good interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in Contact Center, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash
Excellent communication skills is a must. Candidates will have to clear Ispeak with a score of 6.5 in the 1st round, only then will they be evaluated from the Operations standpoint.
The interviews will be conducted over zoom.
Shift Time: 9 hours US (6 pm to 6 am )

Pre-requisites: B.Com graduate with excellent communication skills Fresher/Experience up to 3 years
Note Fresher/up to 1 year experience will be hired as apprentice starting 17400/- pm
For Experience salary 3.6 LPA
For Fresher salary 17400 Pm
