Role Hiring For-Customer Support Executive/Client Relationship Manager -ERP based company-Only female

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Query handling, online support and training, ticket generation and resolution, client confirmation and satisfaction.upsell add on modules. Coordination with internal team.
Client Satisfaction, Timely Ticket Resolution and confirmation from customer, Upsell
Timely ticket resolution within TAT, Permanent Solution and Client Satisfaction

Education-B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BEE MANDATE

Mandate skill set-

Customer Care,
ticket resolution process and understanding of ERP,
Must have prior experience of ERP,
Excellent communication skills and customer handling

Self - Laptop and mobile is Required

Reporting and goal approval 40%; Company Target & Team target is 15% each and Individual. target is 30%
