Job Description

Sales Manager (Housing Loans or Loan Against Property / Business Loan) - Various Locations  

Graduate / P.G. with 3-8 Years Experience in Financial Products (Housing Loan / Loan Against Property or Business Loans) with NBFCs and Financial Institutions

Would Be Responsible for :

Sales and Marketing of Loans / Loan products like Housing Loan, Loan Against Property, Business Loans, Small Business Loans.

Identifying and Connecting with the Clients for the Purpose of Secured Loan Products ;

lead Generation of Customers for Lap, Housing Loan Thru Brokers, Chartered Accountants, DSAs Etc.

Setting Up Meetings with Clients to Obtain Information On Their Loan Needs;

Meeting and Interviewing Credit Applicants in Order to Determine Risk Factors;

Determining the Most Suitable Loan Option; and Providing Guidance On the Lending Process.
