Inviting applications for the role of Procurement - Senior Process Associate - English
In this role, the shortlisted candidate will be responsible for PR-PO conversion, Expedition, MIS, Spend Management, Vendor Management, for Direct and Indirect Categories. The role requires very close co-ordination with vendors / suppliers, transporter / freight forwarder, and withing client organization for smooth and timely delivery of goods.
We will prefer people with some analytical skills who are able to understand the process and follow the same rigorously.
Responsibilities
PO Creation based on PR / Customer need and co-ordination with supplier for PO confirmation, including participation in supplier/price discovery in case supplier / price non availability.
Responsible for building supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery.
Responsible to manage supplier co-ordination for returns / overage / shortage
Responsible for Supplier documents follow up.
Responsible for delivery and shipment co-ordination, Custom clearance including INCO terms understanding.
Responsible for critical shipments intervention and co-ordination with supplier / logistics / end customer to ensure success
Responsible to execute master data management and updates needed.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduate
SAP ERP experience
Preferred qualifications/ Skills
Diploma / Post Graduation in International supply chain management / Sourcing Management
Experience in master data management and updates
Excellent communication skills (English + Local Language) - written and oral
Experience in driving process transformation / continuous improvement projects for customers.
Strong in supply chain management and fundamentals to drive improvement.
Any past transition experience ( transfer of work to GBS environment) will be added advantage.
