Are you the one we are looking for
Inviting applications for the role of Oracle WMS Functional Consultant
Responsibilities and Skills
Define and analyze business requirements. Document functional specifications (Agile user stories) related to user requests and assure client review and approval
Develop detailed testing, schedules, end-user training documentation, and impart training to end-users
Support implementation of Oracle WMS system at the Client warehouse.
Perform data analytics and provide insights to optimize/improve existing processes
Support setup of inventory organizations and legacy system integration with WMS Oracle ERP
Support specific requirements for the receipt, storage, and picking of hardware purchased for customer spare parts at the distribution centers
Support layout design, part optimum travel path design and analysis, bin locator assignment and naming convention, etc. of the physical warehouse
Provide production support and troubleshooting for system issues that arise after implementation. Facilitate resolution of defects through the IT Production Support team
Analyze overall issue trends and recommend long-term fixes (either IT or process correction). Implement reporting scorecards/metrics to monitor issues and resolutions
Complete project tasks on time; work diligently with IT, project team, and business users to resolve issues
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Relevant knowledge and experience with Customer processes
Experience in oracle ERP upgrades
Strong analytical and process mapping skills
Preferred qualifications
Proficiency in following Aviation IT project management methodology
