Inviting applications for the role of Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Program planning and execution
- Ability to prepare the Risk-Mitigation plans
- Program governance
- Program Budget management
- Coordinating all activities associated with all programs in order to ensure goals are achieved
- Reporting and analytics
- Actively communicating and build synergy between work-streams
- Handling timelines and quality of deliverables
- Decision making and problem solving associated with the projects
- Actively speaking publicly with project managers and other stakeholders
- Identifying and handling program adherence to standards and governance
- Ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
Minimum qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate
Strong project management skills, and ability to prioritize
Strong quantitative abilities.
Preferred qualifications
- Solid experience in managing complex BI Programs
- Experience handling BI programs involving multiple teams and multiple geographic locations
- Experience in handling SDLC/Waterfall Models
- Experience in preparing complex project plans and excellent client communications
- Good understanding of the SAP/Oracle ERP systems and working knowledge in at least one of the Industry standard ETL/BI tools
Consistent good performance within Genpact
Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at CXO level
Ability to assimilate learning from different external and internal interactions to then seek to action
Strategic Thinker- Ability to build and defend point of view / frameworks
Strong project management skills, and ability to balance multiple priorities
Strong quantitative abilities.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
High tolerance to ambiguity
Good teammate, collaborative, high energy, good work ethic
Good understanding of financial metrics
