Supply Chain management in & out
Planning for sales
Overall looking after general management of unit
Directs, manages and optimizes the overall operations of a plant or other production facilities
Sets policies and makes decisions guiding productivity
Establish systems to analyze productivity and set performance targets that will meet revenue and costs goals.
Directs plant level support functions including finance, engineering, materials, quality assurance etc. to ensure alignment with overall plant operations
Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-functions within a broad department
Develops budget/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure of the company
Deep knowledge of overall departmental functions
Good presentation, negotiation skills should be there
One who is willing to accept challenges and absorb change management
Monitors inward & outward logistics
Monitors local area sales & receivables strategy, formulates unit marketing plan

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Any Doctorate - Any Specialization
