Job Description

Education Qualification Graduation / Awaiting Final Year Graduation Results.

1 Year of Min Experience in any Contact Centre with very good Communication skills

skill set to match with Versant 5 Standard,

Inbound Process (Customer Services)

Languages Known Must Telugu & English

Rounds of Interview--- Initial ScreeningOps roundAMCAT-Client RoundHR Round.

Notice PeriodImmediate / 1 Week Acceptable

Salary Offered 22kCTC to 28 K CTC

Nature of Work WFO(Strictly)

Days of Work 6 days a week for first 2 months and later it is going to be 5 days a week.

Cab transport for candidates staying around 25 Km from Office.

Shift typeRotational Shifts, (For Female Cab drop will be Provided if logout after 9 PM one way, For male Cab drop will be Provided if logout after 11 PM one way)
