What are the Ongoing Responsibilities of a Senior Analyst
Manage Responses to Security Due Diligence Questionnaires:
- Respond to due diligence questionnaires from global business units on security-related risks and controls to fulfill requests from regulators and clients
- Respond to requests for RFP security content from sales teams to develop proposals to win business for the firm
- Manage requests from start to finish with high level of conscientiousness and integrity.
- Author content to provide an accurate representation of security-related risks and controls
- Optimize the security knowledge base and manage quarterly updates to the content
- Develop and maintain metrics measuring the effectiveness of responses
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts:
- Partner with technology resources, privacy liaisons, business continuity/disaster recovery teams, and Special Investment Manager (SIM) leadership to author security content
- Lead discussions and training sessions with colleagues to advise them on security risks, controls, and processes
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of industry experience in Cyber Security / IT Risk Management or other Information Security Compliance functions.
- Subject Matter Expertise in ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIST 800.30, COBIT 5, FFIEC, and SEC Regulation S-P industry standards, frameworks, and regulations for Information Security and IT Risk Management.
- Excellent technical security and IT writing skills
- Experience in IT Governance, Compliance and Risk management processes
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and related IT Service Management processes
- Bachelors degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer/Management Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience
- Preferred professional qualifications with certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, etc.)
