Experience in leading Quality / Transformation / Strategic / Six Sigma Projects

Go-to-person for all Quality related information

Coordinating the overall governance for the quality initiatives certifications

Capture and monitor all key metrics as required by theCustomer Service and Quality teams

Experience in managing key stakeholders
