Job Description
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Hiring candidates for various posts for the Manufacturing Plant as well as Head Office
- Floating Job vacancies on various portals
- Shortlisting, Screening and preparing Summary excel sheets for Resumes
- Background check and preliminary interview of candidates for their suitability and their screening
- Knowledge of Payroll, Salary Processing, PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus & Basic Knowledge of Accounting.
- Timely Preparation and Filling of EPF & ESIC Returns
- Configuration of Biometric Machines
- Attendance management by monitoring and updating in the cloud-based ERP Portal as well as updating manually in Excel through Biometric and daily absentee reports.
- Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
- Maintain employee benefits administration such as leave records, advances, insurance, medical leaves etc.
- Knowledge of maintaining employee records and their documents up-to date in the database.
- Knowledge of Various HR Policy formulation & Implementation.
- General Functioning Knowledge of HR & Admin Operations
- Manpower planning, recruitment, payroll, Dispute settlements according to labor law, Factory rules & compliance guidelines.
Job Specification/Requirements:
Educational Requirements: Graduation + MBA in HRM / PGDPM /PGDHRM (will be an added advantage.)
Experience Requirements: - 2 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants must have experience in the following area(s): Hiring, HR Administration, Attendance Management & Payroll Management
- The applicants must have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing or other Factory Units.
- Must have experience of filing returns of EPF & ESIC.
- Should have advanced telephonic, verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Proficiency in MS Office.
- Should have strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment
- Should have a positive and flexible attitude
Salary Range: Negotiable
