Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for recruitment of Agents through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets.
Responsible to predominantly sell motor Insurance through Agents
Identification of Agents (Recruitment)
Training of Agents
Activation of Agents & Business

Desired Candidate Profile
