We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Third Party Reporting Manager IT
In this role, you need to understand the engagement, Perform or assist with Third-Party Risk Assessment audit, IT infrastructure reviews, physical & logical security reviews, review of a business continuity program, etc. Determine audit procedures necessary to achieve the desired audit results. At the end of the supplier, assessment share an audit summary report and recommendations.
Responsibilities
Play a key role in independently handling supplier audits both onsite/remote.
Maintain strong client focus by building strong relationships with clients, scheduling and conducting key client meetings.
Ability to independently execute self-assessment and IT - audit assignments
Play a key role in the development of less experienced staff through mentoring, training, and advising.
Ability to design and assess IT-related processes and controls and recommend improvements
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
MBA or Graduate
Preferred qualifications
Relevant experience in IT audit, Third-Party Risk Assessment domain from a professional service firm or industry
Has understanding of Supplier management lifecycle - onboarding, risk assessment, tiering of suppliers, security assessment and reporting
Very strong on principles of Third-Party Risk Management, IT controls, documentation and testing.
Understand the data protection and security, concepts of privacy compliance as mentioned in GDPR, CCPA etc.
Knowledge of standards/framework like SIG, ISO 27001, data privacy concepts
Hands-on experience of conducting TPRM reviews for manufacturing type of suppliers (e.g. contract manufactures, warehouse providers, system integrators, etc.), preparing a report and discussing with client senior stakeholders for closure and next steps
Understanding and knowledge of business processes and the controls that operate within them
Experience in evaluating complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control environment
Ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals
Apart from the above, someone who has experience of assessment of supply chain security domains which include, (Most Desired in a candidate)
o Security in Manufacturing and Operations of outsourced parties like contract MFGs, component suppliers, PCBAs, ODM etc.
o Security in Transportation and Storage of Goods by outsourced parties like logistics providers, logging companies etc.
o Physical and Environmental Security by outsourced parties like third party logistics providers etc.
Has understanding of standards like Transported Assets Protection Association (TAPA), Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT), ISO
Has hands on experience of implementing / being part of the implementation of the privacy program, this includes experience with,
o Design of the compliance program
o Program execution aspects like record of processing activity, privacy principles, consent management, training and awareness programs etc.
Has hands on experience of being part of multiple readiness assessment audits / privacy consulting engagements is also preferable as long as the scope of engagement is comprehensive.
