Job Description: Contractor

Position Title : Process Associate
Function : Finance Accounts Payable (A/P) Process
Reporting to : Finance Ops Lead

Primary Skills:

Good understanding of basic accountancy.
1-3 years of experience in invoice processing.
Should be flexible to work in EU & US time zone shifts.
Able to process invoices with 100% accuracy and agreed timelines.
Satisfactory typing speed and eye on details.
Ad-hoc activities assigned by team supervisor from time to time.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

Com. Or Finance graduates
Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
Understanding of process improvement (LEAN) is preferred
Knowledge of SAP is desirable
Should be decent in verbal and written communication
