Inviting applications for the role of MIS Analyst Senior Manager
We are looking for an operations lead who would be responsible to lead business intelligence and analytics projects . The business analyst will be responsible for working with lead business analysts to deliver end to end business intelligence and analytics projects working closely with lead business analysts.
Responsibilities:
Strong hand in Advance Excel, Macros, MS Office skills is a MUST have
Must have managed Reporting functions in the past
Eye for details to assess data sets received from multiple stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills aiding coordination between Internal and External stakeholders
Ability to Collate and analyze data for the entire account and provide monthly assessment to Internal Stakeholder
Engage with different regions and work streams to pro-actively collaborate to drive SLA s
Work under the guidance of GPO s to drive process assessments and Global Reporting
Ability to drive audits across regions, analyze and publish finding at an account level
Perform risk assessment for Monthly CPI_KPI s and alert Operations on upcoming risks
Ability to manage Admin role for the workflow for the entire account
Experience in Managing MSS Resource alignment / PID alignment & Client Billing would be an added advantage
Along with expertise in PTP or RTR
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduate in Commerce/MBA
Preferred qualifications
Advance excel , Excel based Macros, MS Excel V Lookup, H Lookup, Pivot table, Data Analysis and Graphical representation of data.
Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders both internal & External
Ability to multitask Manage Global, Regional reporting and Admin tasks for Workflow systems
Ability to assess complex set of data and summarize for COX reviews
Good Knowledge & experience of F&A functions is added advantage
