Job Description

Conduct Huddles pre and post Shift
Should have hands on experience in team management & KPIs like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Roster, NPS/Csat & Dsat Calculations
Should be comfortable working from office, 6days a week in Day rotational shift
Team Handling.
Team Management
Daily Reports
Attrition Control
Escalation Management
Other KPIs and KRAs of the Team
