Job Description
About the Role
- Duties will include working with stakeholders to gain an understanding of business requirements, and ensure that expectations are understood and met.
- Participate in application project development, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Use sound judgment to make effective recommendations to management and peers. Individual should work well independently and as a member of a high performance team related to development tasks.
- Team member should be able to troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with users, vendors and internal service groups.
- This role is for individual contributor, who should be capable to guide, mentor junior team members for support and development tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Delivering a complete front end application
- Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS3
- Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder
- Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
- Communicating with external web services
- Ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements.
- Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes
- Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and with quality.
- Responsible for the development of web application interfaces and components.
- Responsible for the design and development of web pages, graphics, multimedia, GUIs.
- Demonstrate creative, technical and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments
- Create web application frontend as per design components and information architecture.
- Integrate application front end with application business layer.
- Follow best practices and standards for accessibility and cross browser compatibility.
- Collect feedback from design and technical staff on website development needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Overall 8 years and mandatory 8-10 years relevant experience in UI tools preferably ReactJS or Angular.
- Candidate should have good knowledge in React JS, Angular, html, CSS, JavaScript
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled problem-solver and detail oriented
- Experience with process flow documentation creation, presentation and conducting trainings
- Requires ability to work on assigned tasks independently with minimal direction
- Ability to identify technical risks, present solutions to within the team.
- Takes accountability for projects and deliverables and escalates appropriately and in a timely manner as needed
- Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work and achieves results with minimal oversight
- Must be a team player and work well in a deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to manage multiple projects, take direction, and produce defined results.
