Elicit, analyze and document business and functional requirements

Any prior experience working on any of the below Digital Areas / Domains will be added advantage
Experience in varied B2B & B2C eCommerce engagements like consulting/implementations/operations etc. with part of at least 2-3 able engagements
Expertise in content and commerce space with functional knowledge of Hybris modules
Good understanding on business user tools to manage the content site and ecommerce online application
Understanding of catalog, products, pricing & promotions, Search, Supply Chain, Payment Gateway, Personalization, Chatbots etc.
Understanding of Global and Localization
Evaluation & selection of E -Commerce platform that meets clients needs
Experience in interacting with creative agencies and business users to discuss the requirements
Handle Solution definition / fitment
Experience working on Agile delivery model
Experience of close working with customer product owners for requirements elicitation and documentation
Ability to create use cases / functional specification documents
Ability to review the test cases
Ability to deliver business user trainings
Should have ability to do market research & competitor analysis
