We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Training
In this role, you will be responsible to support businesses, manage knowledge effectively, Manage Quality Metric for the process, upskilling employees in terms of domain, provide industry trained resources at a lower cost to business
Responsibilities
Monitor team members and able to provide guidance whenever needed
Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
Build reports to update the company on the teams progress
Rapport building with the internal & external stakeholder
Assist the Manager as and when necessary to make the business run effectively and efficiently
Communicate clear instructions to team members
Knowledge of how digital payments work required
Provide industry trained resources at a lower cost to business
Manage Quality Metric for the process
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)
Relevant experience as a Voice / Communications Coach
Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
Proficient in English and Hindi (Read/Write/Speak)
Preferred qualifications
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate verbally and through emails/Phones with businesses
Robust understanding of Customer Experience & Communications Audit & Coaching process.
Coaching millennials to drive performance
Technical knowledge of English communication - intonation, syllable, punctuation, etc.
