Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Job Purpose: To lead the RMC Business in Vizag with P&L responsibility of all NCL RMC Plants in Vizag, including Sales & Marketing
Key Tasks:
1. Lead the RMC Business in Vizag with P&L responsibility with special focus on business development
2. Develop and implement right strategies to increase sales volume in Vizag Region
3. Ensure that RMC Plants are operated and run efficiently within the approved technical key parameters
4. Ensure robust Receivables Management
5. Ensure 'No Compromise Approach' on Quality Parameters
6. Manage and motivate the team to excel in their assigned roles
7. Overcome various business challenges in a fast-changing business environment and make decisions using experience-backed judgment, strong work ethics and irreproachable integrity.
8. Conduct analysis & competency mapping for keeping abreast of the trends and competitors moves.
9. Other related jobs
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation in Engineering (Civil Engineering is highly preferred); MBA Marketing would be an added advantage
Minimum 15 years experience in in building material industry; Experience in RMC Business is preferred.
Candidate should be proficient in Telugu, English and Hindi.
Should have strong command over a) Devising Sales and Marketing Plans b) Customer Trends/Analysis/Surveys c) Marketing Cost / Budget Estimations
Should be strong in Communication, Leadership, Presentation, Analytical Skills and Problem Solving.
Should be very good at Team Orientation.
