Quality Analyst JD
Graduate (from any educational field)
Minimum 3-years of work experience
Fluent in English & Hindi is necessary (additional regional language will be added advantage Gujarati, Marathi, Assamese, Oriya, etc)
Customer service oriented & should have prior knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
Keen eye for detail & should have good aptitude for fact finding
Excellent coaching skills and Understanding of quality methods and tools (TNIs, score calculations, parameters ratings, etc.)
Good Feedback skills (written & verbal) with effective articulation of work-on observed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Should be a good team player .....
Good in MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Good Aptitude skills- reasoning and logical
