* To handle and resolve Business Partners queries via Incoming calls.

* Ensure resolution of queries as per TAT Coordinate with concern department for queries resolution.

* Ensure 95% Customer Satisfaction score.

Work From Home/ Anywhere

Desired Candidate Profile

* NISM VIII certified
* 1 year in Broking or Fresher

* Knowledge of Excel, Email Etiquette, Soft skills & Drafting skills

* Desktop/ laptop to work from home
