* To maintain a friendly and positive attitude as this is customer focused role and also

incorporates working with many different people (Marketing agency/Creative designers/Internal Team) for timely delivery of marketing collateral.

* Building Cross- sell opportunity across products in Digital wealth business.

* Being abreast with the market, actively taking queues & building marketing collateral with help of marketing team.

* Utilises sales offers and techniques to ensure long-term retention of customers and services.

Understanding & running of Digital marketing Paid & non-paid campaigns, Social media & such Digital campaigns
