Role :
Data Recovery Consultant to be responsible for meeting his/her sales goals. Duties will include converting quotations into orders, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process, Company policies and in depth Job Knowledge, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a tele-sales role is an advantage. Responsibilities and Duties :
Responsible for Job confirmations to Media-Out.
Attending team meetings, discussing reports asking questions for better understanding regarding processes and practices, and attain expectations of Supervisors.
Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing Business & Customer Satisfaction goals.
Ensure achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
Preparing reports and present Business data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize Business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Validating and Authorizing Advance Refunds.
Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and customer Services operations.
You should strictly adhere to the Process and Policies and ensure that it is being followed by the team.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints Qualifications & Skills :
Additional Certificate in Customer Services or experience in a related field may be preferred.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Business Goal Oriented, Ability to achieve Business Target Paramenters consistently.
Knowledge of Quality Processes and familiarity with company products, services, and policies.
Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees.
Decisiveness and attention to detail.
Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.

Responsible for Attaining ones Business TGTs.
Plan, Implement and Self-Measure & Re-organize, if required the attaining ones Business TGTs.
Responsible for suggesting and implementing strategies based on Local Buying Pattern and Trends necessary to achieve the Business TGTs and Objectives.
Responsible for re-imposing Goal Setting Parameters to oneself.
Responsible for Tracking Business TGTs via Reports and reporting them to the supervisor.
Ensure Prompt Response on Customer Queries.
Responsible for Attending Customer Complaints / Grievances within the Permissible TATs and reporting the escalations to Supervisor.
Responsible for Raising The Customer Satisfaction Index (C-SAT) by effectively bridging the GAP between Results & Customer Expectations.
Report any Training needs on Functional and Behavioral Areas to Supervisor, which will improve your performance significantly.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
