Desired Candidate Profile
- Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff
- Conduct new employee orientation
- Identify and manage training and development needs for employees
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Administer compensation and benefits
- Support annual salary review
- Implement and monitor performance management system
- Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
- Administer employee discipline process
- Conduct exit interviews
- Review and update employee rules and regulations
- Maintain HR information system and employee database
- Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness
- Adhere to legal requirements and reporting regulations affecting HR functions
Required Candidate profile
- Be the navigator, See, Set, Go
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in recruitment (IT/Non IT)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Hands on MS Office
- Independently handle recruitment drives
- Meet & exceed expectations
- Quality work and result oriented
- Positive attitude, energetic and self motivated
- Adhere to standard processes and procedures
- Must be ready for everyday challenges
- Demonstrate strong reason skills

Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: MBA/PGDM - Finance, HR/Industrial Relations, Any Specialization, Information Technology, Marketing
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
