We are inviting applications for the role of AM, MIS & Reporting
In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement Active user of Internet and online applications.
Responsibilities
- Enhancement to an existing costing tool (Excel & VBA Based) used for calculating the cost of projects on the basis of different variables such as geography, Product, contract type etc.
- To drive end to end financial models by analyzing, interpreting and building equations.
- Regular maintenance of the tool ensuring stability and error-proofing
- Experience in preparation and review of Operating Plan/budgets and forecasts/outlook.
- Manage/Update Reports basis the Structure changes in the business.
- Managing Financial Planning and forecasting: Business-wise yearly financial planning, forecasting for rest of the year.
- Lead business analysis; whether it be optimizing data models and tools or to recommend and implement new ones.
- Work on the adoption of the standardized and streamlined reporting packs in consultation with business partners, drive Improvement strategies.
- To drive transformation projects towards business improvement strategies.
- Identifies and executes upon operational improvement opportunities. Demonstrates proficiency of technical tools and financial systems.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- MBA Finance/B.com with proven experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel and VBA
- High proficiency in financial modelling techniques.
- Ability to learn quickly, think independently, and develop new processes/analyses as required.
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications
- Relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle team & senior leadership discussions
- Having knowledge of Digital Techniques will be an added advantage.
