Job Description :

Experience in Demand Planning Supply Planning and S&OP preferably in a CPG environment leveraging platforms like JDA SAP or O9
Exposure to allocation planning using leading platforms in the market
Leveraging Analytics to drive enhanced planning KPIs
Exposure to one full implementation of Warehouse Management/Order or Transportation Management products on leading platforms like Manhattan JDA or High jump
Experience in leading client workshops discussing detailed business requirements to drive productivity in these processes
Leveraging data to monitor and enhance operational effectiveness
Proven ability to create & deliver a successful commerce platform & experience roadmap for consumer good industry players
Experience in Product Manager
B2B commerce or SaaS platforms (e.g. product catalog recommendations quotes ordering billing marketing tax etc)
Experience with one or more leading B2B commerce solutions like Salesforce B2B commerce/ BigCommerce
Experience in leading/collaborating creation of product roadmaps and effective partner management
Good knowledge of different e-commerce channels/digital marketing/operations
Experience in creating business cases & tracking/measuring metrics to understand the business impact
Experience with Customer usability (UX/UI) and hypothesis driven experimentation
Proficient creating customer personas & customer journey maps
Outstanding communication skills strong analytical skills and self-starter with a can-do attitude
