Job Description
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Built large retail Health business
- Has maintain large Health agent base
- Train all partners for them to be able to use the Health Insurance products
- Liaise between the company and the partners to be able to make sure that the partner is productive
- Deliver on business goals as set by the company through the partners
- Liaise with the operations teams to ensure that all processes as set out with the partners are adhered to
- Increase the engagement of existing partners by providing complete Health Insurance solutions
- Conduct daily sales calling with prospective partners and identify their needs
- Provide and develop solutions and suggest plans to partners basis their requirements and goal
- Ensure regular connect with pending leads/references
- Update self regarding all products and solutions by regularly attending trainings and reading
- Any Graduate
