Job Description :
1) Lead the digital marketing team of an upcoming India brand in the consumer durables space.
2) Be a part of a growing brand who is scaling up in the Indian market.
Client Details :
Our client is a leading player in the Indian architectural space. They have shown significant growth in the last few years and are constantly looking to build their marketing team. They are well equipped with an in-house R&D centre which supports multiple manufacturing units in India as well as abroad. They are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager who will lead digital marketing team.
Description :
Reporting to the Promoter initially then later to the marketing head, following are the key responsibilities of this role:-
- Work with a team of 3 to 4 people, who are already in the company.
- Work for brand level digital marketing along with product level marketing.
- Responsible for Social Media Marketing, Google Adwords, SEO, Lead generation.
- Responsible for planning & developing marketing strategies.
- Drive traffic as well as maximize ROI for all paid marketing campaigns.
- Conceptualise & implement paid marketing campaigns.
- Constantly look at competitors and provide SWOT analysis and identify their success factors.
- Keep pace with digital marketing industry trends, new channels and other developments in mobile marketing.
Profile:
- Digital marketing professional with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Should be a digital native, preferably have started his career with digital marketing.
- Should posses team management skills.
- Possess an agency + brand experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills.
