Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning, directing, coordinating & managing full eCom order cycle
• Identifying & liasoning with logistics partners - Hyperlocal, UpCountry & International shipping, own stores & intermediaries
• Coordinating and working very closely with eCom, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Packaging team for provide outstanding customer experience on packaging, delivery and addressing customer complaints proactively
• Data-Driven monitoring of Quality, Delivery timelines, Costs, efficiency, rejection & RTO. Analise data & suggest improvements basis data pattern. Keep a close watch on TAT and bottomline on a per order basis.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Leadership quality, team player and ability to manage staff & third party agencies
• Excellent skills in excel, presentations, analytics and understanding/hands-on on cloud/standard Order Management Systems (OMS) and/or logistics management systems
• Must be qualified MBA or a degree on Logistics/SCM/Operations
