information security management standard(s) (e.g. ISO 27001) Sound understanding of the departments / function and processes within the respective

department / function Proven ability to successfully liaise and negotiate with a variety of people at all levels, both internal and external to the department / function Capability to assess the Information Security implications of proposed technological or organizational changes, (if any)Proven Project Management skills Certification in Information Security (ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor)Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
