Job Description
The client of Samarpak is looking for a Business Development Executive BE Civil / Architect / Engineer with a strong interest in Sales and Business Development in Sustainable Buildings to work on different green building projects for rating systems such as#LEED,#IGBC, and#GRIHA. The position office in Pune.

#Candidateswill be responsible for
1)Building new key customer relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities
2) Cold calling prospective Clients
3) Lead Generation And Follow Up
4) Managing Social Media accounts for better outreach
5) Create an effective plan to improve marketing and build the business
Qualification and Experience :
The candidate should have civil engineering or Architecture background to understand technical aspects with 2-3 Years of Experience in Sales and Business Development.
Should be Presentable with Excellent Communications Skills.
Location Pune:
Salary: 18-20 K per Month Plus Incentive ( No bar for right candidate)
