Job Description

• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
• Design effective training programs
• Create meeting links and manage the webinar/training platform
• Conduct seminars, workshops, webinars
• Prepare educational material such as webinar presentations, summary modules
•  Creating monthly and weekly webinar plans
• Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
• Communicate training needs and online resources
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and material
• Test and review created materials
• Maintain a database of all training materials
• Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
• Analysis of feedback on training sessions and developing strategies to improve it 

Seller Learning Centre

• Content audit of material on the platform
• Bringing synchronization across all L & D touchpoints ( Webinars and Seller Learning center)
