Job Profile : -

Job Role:
Create a new Administration Structure by introducing new role of Assistant Manager Administration to better streamline the administrative operations.
Ensuring efficient and effective functioning of Housekeeping, Facilities Management & Transport verticals.
Effective Monitoring & Supervision.
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for vendor comparison and vendor management by Investigating availability and suitability of options by negotiating price, quality, and delivery period.
- Ensure timely availability services as per the requirement specifications of Corporate, Laboratory & Education.
- Improves the processes and service quality by devising user friendly systems; updating procedures and evaluating system performance.
- Assist in completing special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
- Develops filing and retrieval systems.
- Understands financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analysing variance.
- Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives
- Sustainability and ecological balancing in all functions keeping in mind all required compliances
- To ensure your team promotes the values and behaviors of excellent customer service at all times.
- To identify and engage with customers at every opportunity, ensuring a right first time approach in all team activities.
- To ensure that customers are engaged and informed in advance of any issues which may affect them, thereby ensuring all potential disruption is minimized.
- To solicit and utilize customer feedback and satisfaction information to enhance our performance and customer experience.
- Handling and overseeing all travel and transport arrangements (air, train & lodgings etc.) and operations
- Managing relationships with travel agencies and vendors
- Drive continuous improvement of travel programs
- Proven experience in corporate travel management
- Proven experience in Housekeeping services, Soft Services and Cafeteria Operations handling.
- Ensuring that all policies and procedures established under the Laboratorys Management System (LMS) are acknowledged and implemented at all levels of the department in alignment with requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard.
