Roles and Responsibilities

• To know how to produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
• To meet sales revenue targets of 0.80 Cr a Year.
• To develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
• Should have Minimum Ophthalmology Experience in Years in the same Territory 3 Years
• Should have OT Experience - Minimum 4 Calls in a Month.
• Premium IOL - Min. Sales Percentage - 30%
• KOL / FOL Engagement in a Year 3
