Job Description
Designation: Technical Trainer
Reporting to: Delivery Head
Responsibilities
- Be interested in understanding the latest IT technologies & trends.
- Have a critical eye to distinguish between quality of good trainings versus blah trainings..
- Model excellent teaching for students through the training program.
- Confidently interact with people throughout.
- Maintain training records. Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Requisite knowledge, skills and ability to work in Pega
- Minimum of 2 Yrs experience is required in IT Training/ Development.
- Passion for delivering the training to the fresher graduates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
