Job Description

Designation: Technical Trainer

Reporting to: Delivery Head


Responsibilities

  • Be interested in understanding the latest IT technologies & trends.
  • Have a critical eye to distinguish between quality of good trainings versus blah trainings..
  • Model excellent teaching for students through the training program.
  • Confidently interact with people throughout.
  • Maintain training records. Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Requisite knowledge, skills and ability to work in Pega
  • Minimum of 2 Yrs experience is required in IT Training/ Development.
  • Passion for delivering the training to the fresher graduates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
