Profile - Onboarding ATL
Experiene - 4+ yrs
Job Purpose:-
Candidate will lead a team to implement SOP, documentation with first-time clients and help facilitate them get onboarded. Candidate will help excel the experience of clients, map relevant processes and document them
Duties & Responsibilities:-
Manage standard process and best practices to bring clients onboard and online in the stipulated timeframe
Manage the provisioning process, including the creation of groups/users, and any other areas that require modification / process improvements
Deliver dashboards & reports to the higher management daily, weekly & monthly
Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the clients
Key Skills:-
Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferably Commerce).
MS Visio proficiency
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).
Strong analytical skills
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in BPO/KPO industry.
