Job Description- Go to Market Manager

Deeply understand the commodity market (Rice Pulses, Poha, Wheat, Dry fruits etc.) and can articulate the target customer, their needs and buying behavior, how the product/service addresses those needs; obsessively understand competitive landscape, trends, and opportunities Develop go to market launch strategies for products and services by leveraging owned & operated, organic and paid marketing channels as well as measure, track and optimize tactics to accomplish business goal; can document the results and share the best practices across teams. Devise long-term development strategies for product categories for defined area, territory & region. Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services Place appropriate orders to ensure product availability that meets consumer demands Liaise with Procurement teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory. Scale go-to-market launches by building automations and templates Partner with stakeholders within and outside the team to deliver on launches
