Looking for nearby Delhi NCR Candidates.

Job Location - Gurgaon (Sec 42) - Work from Office.

We are looking for candidates who can join immediately with a notice period of max 10 Days.

Job Description:-

• Handling Domestic staffing.
• Well versed with hiring portals like Naukri, Monster and other Social Media Platforms.
• Good knowledge of technologies for IT Hiring, Stakeholder.
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screening resumes.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Administering appropriate company assessments.
• Coordinating interviews with the clients and hiring managers.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
