Job Description

We are hiring candidate as Insurance Manager for join our team.
We are looking for an Insurance Manager to manage our team of agents. In this role, you will oversee initial placements, renewals, and the claims process. You will attempt to reduce risk and maintain low loss ratios in order to keep our company profitable.

Insurance Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise insurance staff, assisting with initial placement and insurance renewals
Maintain low-loss ratios
Ensure a high standard of customer service
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal and external policies
Perform insurance functions as needed, including processing claims, billings, and policy changes

Insurance Manager Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Insurance license
Insurance sales and underwriting experience
Risk management skills
Negotiation skills

Experience:
Min. 6 months or more
BFSI exp. must preferred
Sales exp. must preferable
