Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:The CFO/VP must lead controllership functions and work amongst subsidiaries, Heads & Corporate leaders, through relevant checks and balances on real time completion basis. Monitor complex fund & investment financing arrangements including negotiations. Handle overall funding matters and responsibilities encompass Investment Banking, Treasury, M&A, Raise & Allocate Capital, Corporate Restructuring, Take Companies Public & Fund New Business Opportunities, build a business and expand within existing businesses.
They are seeking seasoned entrepreneurial professionals with extensive investor relations, with maturity to take long-term view supported with an in-depth expertise in financial analytics, attention to minutest detail and an in-born trait for cost control. Emphasis should be on creating wealth, value enhancement, and minimum annual return on 30%, address immediate-short term requirements, Investment Banking, Public Issues, Sovereign Funds and meticulously manage cash & liquidity. Must have capability to strategize plan global expansion and deployment of large sums of capital internationally and who can sense problems; take businesses in new directions without being told to do so.
